Caveat: These IP's are usually dynamically assigned and are used by spammers and non-spammers alike. They are listed here only to help locate pages that need to be cleaned up.
Opinion: Blocking shared IP addresses causes too much collateral damage. The only feasible option is to convince the ISP of the abuser to take action; in other words, when pigs fly.
Fact: None of the IP addresses in this list has been used for anything but external link spamming.
