LID Look and Feel

Originally designed for LID (see [1]), a slightly modified LID Look and Feel for our purposes here would:

• display a status bar in the bottom-right corner of the browser window
• offer logoff on that status bar
• show the currently authenticated persona on that status bar, or anonymous
• allow the change of personas by clicking on the currently authenticated persona

Needs improvement

• ability to globally set "name picked from your openID"
• sub3.sub2.sub1.myopenid.com should not default to "sub1"

-- vis socialism.is.EVIL.myopenid.com defaults to "socialism". This is a wholly unacceptable way to represent that name.
