Synopsis

Contract Exchange Extension is an extension to The OpenID Authentication that enables the parties to exchange mutually digitally signed (legal) contract documents. Such documents can be used as the basis of further transaction such as automatic background data exchange, service providion, or even some offline transactions. 

Current Announcement

• 2009-12-28: Draft 1.6 is uploaded now with XML Schema. Please review.
• (current announcements (including WG formation, any revisions to the Charter, and any call to approve a draft as an Implementers Draft or a Final Specification and applicable deadlines)

Standing Rules  and Operating Procedures;

1. Most business of the WG will be conducted through email and the repository activity.
2. To join this WG, send a signed and scanned Contribution Agreement to the mailling list. The original should be sent to the OpenID Foundation.
3. Anybody can subscribe to the list, but cannot post to the list until the 2. above is completed.

Applicable meeting schedule and attendance method(s);

As stated in the Standing Rules section, most of the business of this Working Group is conducted through electronic means such as mailing list and the repository activities.

Currently, no realtime meeting is planned.
